Tips & Tricks To Deal With Jetlag

Jet lag is one of those things that people who travel constantly have to deal with, but did you know that there are specific things that you can do in order to help you survive the terrible feeling of jet lag?  Well, that is what we are going to talk about in this blog, how you can not just deal with jet lag but also how you can survive it!

First up is exercising.  You want to make sure that while you are on the plane, especially if it is a long flight, you are getting up and walking around and stretching.  This is especially good if you have one of those flat reclining seats, as you can tip it back and stretch out.  This will certainly make you feel energized and relax you more.

Next, change your watch as soon as you get on the airplane and set it to the destination’s time – that way you can mentally prepare yourself!
